Terms are EFT, direct cash deposit, Credit or debit card. No cash will be accepted at the auction site. Cash handling fee of 1.5% will apply for direct cash deposits and 2.5% for credit or debit cards. There will be no extra charges for payments made by EFT.

ON-LINE AUCTIONS
V and P Auctions reserve the right, in case of online auctions to activate bidding extension ("soft closing”), to give all buyers fair bidding chance.
V and P Auctions endeavours to maintain accessibility to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but due to maintenance purposes, updates, technical difficulties, overloading of servers or bad signal from either party we cannot be held liable for system downtime from time to time. Should this occur towards the end of an auction we will try our upmost to resolve the matter as soon as possible and get the best possible resolution, however V and P Auctions cannot be held liable for not winning a bid.
Payment of good purchased on auction.
LIVE AUCTION – Full invoice amount must be paid to V and P Auctions directly after the conclusion of the auction, by method of credit card, instant eft or cash through ATM. No cash will be handled on site.
ONLINE AUCTION – Full invoice amount must be paid to V and P Auctions no later than 48hours after the conclusion of the auction, by method of EFT/Card or direct cash deposit.
The purchaser regards these terms and conditions as binding, as specified during the announcements irrespective of whether he/she is present at the time such announcements are made.
